What Is ChromInst™
ChromInst™ PGT-A was developed by Yikon Genomics in order to allow laboratories to offer an in-house PGT-A solution. ChromInst PGT-A uses a proprietary amplification technolgoy, in order to combine WGA and library preparation in to one step. This innovative technology ensures uniform and efficient amplification of genomic DNA from biopsied samples. The whole process, from sample preparation to report output, can be finished within 9 hours if coupled with illumina’s MiniSeq or MiSeq sequencer, and Yikon’s auto-analysis bioinformatics platform – ChromGO™.
